Refund policy

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

• • • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must provide their own prepaid return label.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

  • Exchanges: Customers may exchange items for a different size within 7 days of delivery if the above conditions are met. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • ME Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
